CONCEPT
The congress thrives on DIY, participation, ideas, and the free development of individuals. The event aims to anticipate utopian ideas and bring to life what the world could actually be like.
The event is geared towards Inspiration and cooperation, the coming together and networking of people as well as on Joy in the here and now designed.
Curated and spontaneous inputs and shared experiences at the event are intended to give rise to new projects and alliances which, quite independently of the event, will strengthen the defense against authoritarianism in the short term and contribute to a better future for all people in the long term.
One thematic focus of the conference is political hedonism and its role in the political struggles of the years to come.
Communal tasks, from cooking to cleaning the toilet, are carried out jointly by everyone: Participants are also organisers. All people who will be on site will contribute to the costs of the conference.
The basic principle of the congress is „Do it Together“. The entire conference lives from the participation, DIY and the joint creation of a temporary location. All participants can be there from set-up to dismantling - but it's also perfectly OK to come for just a few days.
There are no privileges, no free drinks, no guest list, no backstage.
The conference has no financial interests. Nobody earns money with or at the conference. The conference is self-financed, there are no sponsoring institutions.
The conference will find an uncomplicated solution for people who cannot afford the contribution towards expenses. A contribution to cover the costs of the conference is recommended. If you have more money, you pay more, if you have less, you pay less.
Food is available on a donation basis at the hands-on kitchen, drinks at low prices at the bar.
